free of restriction and discipline. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and

I have over 15 years of education and experience within the health industry has equipped me with
Knowledge in a “Plant-based nutrition lifestyle change preventative health. Drawing on these skills
and my knowledge, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and

whole foods lifestyle based around vegetables, fruits, beans & Legume nuts and seeds.
Eliminating oil and minimizing processed foods loaded with fat,salt and sugar. Introducing you

meals to keep you going without deprivation.

3 month coaching program includes in the following 1:1 support Includes everything from the 1 month program in addition to:

a healthier Fridge and which cooking tools your missing. You will also
find out how to get rid of the hidden toxic chemicals in your kitchen.

Grocery shopping can be overwhelming and confusing it can be hard to know what to put in
your basket, but it doesn’t need to be! If you have pre-diabetes, Celiac disease, food allergies
or another medical conditions or you just want to improve your diet. A grocery store tour is a
great way to learn how to make healthy whole plant-base food choices for your specific needs.
